Information collected is used to operate, maintain, and improve the Aura OS platform; to authenticate users and manage role-based access; to generate analytics and system performance reports; and to comply with legal obligations.
Aura OS employs enterprise-grade security measures including zero-trust architecture, end-to-end encryption, biometric verification, and encrypted session management to protect all data stored and transmitted through the platform.
All data processed through Aura OS remains under the jurisdiction and control of the operating institution. ADCOM Middle East s.a.r.l does not transfer, sell, or share institutional data with third parties without explicit written consent.
